2/15/2012 - Life Options has recently begun a twice weekly Zumba class.  Every Monday and Wednesday at 1PM there is a buzz around as everyone prepares for what has become the favorite part of the week.  Many staff and residents are dressed for the occasion to include workout attire, right down to the leg warmers.  Life Options staff have enthusiastically taken the lead in getting everyone involved.  Many staff and residents can be seen sweating, but smiling and giggling as they enjoy this fun activity.
